straight away being placed over the heads of men who may have been at
the job for many years, this also apply s to women to, but for many men
and defiantly for the older men this is still very hard for there ego
to take in.

ReplyDeleteI agree totally, it has happened to me and i have seen it happen to many other men.
ReplyDeleteAs you say it is very difficult for men to accept the inevitable changes that are taking place...and gathering pace! as women continually accelerate their take over.
And as men are being out-performed across the board, highly intelligent young women seem to be reveling in the fact that they hold the future.
I've been an online male secretary for a Femdom Web site for almost a decade. I have gladly served this Woman for free, and I believe I'm totally ready for the new Female World Order. My only regret is that I'm 60 - and I wish I would have been born much later, so I could see the full evolution of Women as they take over society. I've also tried management -- I hated it. I'm a worker bee, and I hunger to be supervised by one of these great new, smart females.
ReplyDeleteI can appreciate your comments tom. I too am an older male and have had the privilege of working for Female bosses in the past and loved it. There is an indescribable thrill for me in being under the authority of a Strong Dominant Woman or Girl. I love taking orders from them and serving them. I hope that in time all men will come to accept the fact that this is the way it should be.

DeleteThis is great! Women have shown to have better management skills then men, and men have shown to be good at execution of things. If they embrace it certainly women could put men down at their feet. Let's hope this happens!
ReplyDeleteI am a man and I will admit it. Women do make better managers than men. We are average in management but do better in task specific roles such as construction, highly specific roles and the armed forces that do not require highly refined communication skills.
ReplyDeleteI now work for wife as she has been able to turn around my failing business into a success, while I can focus on operations and supervision of other workers.
I have absolutely no problem working for women managers. In one job over ten years ago a younger lady receptionist was promoted and become my manager after my manager retired. A few years later a setup my own business.
ReplyDeleteFrom what I've experienced, I'd say they do make better managers. They are generally less "bull-headed" and thus consider a wider swath of approaches. They also generally seem to be better in expressing their point of view and so arguments are diminished. I worked for a few women in Real Estate, and they are the dominant sales persons in the area where I worked. So it appears they are "taking over" in a very pleasant way.

I am an older man and I would love to be led by a dominant younger female. She could have me doing whatever she desired without resistance and feel good about her power over me. Also she could fancy the financial advantage that she holds over me. My ex always made more than me and I made a lot.
